Join intrya's marketing team and help shape how the world's fastest-growing AI hiring platform tells its story. You'll work directly with our growth team to plan and execute campaigns across social media, email, and content channels — getting hands-on experience with real-world marketing strategy from day one.

What you'll do

Plan and execute digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Instagram
Write and schedule email newsletters and drip sequences in our marketing stack
Assist with content creation — blog posts, social copy, case study drafts
Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, open rates, conversion) and report weekly
Research competitors and emerging trends in AI, HR tech, and SaaS marketing
Support the growth team with A/B tests on landing pages and ad creatives

What we're looking for

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Marketing, Communications, or related degree
Strong written English with an eye for clear, engaging copy
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic analytics tools (GA4, Meta Insights)
Self-starter who can manage time effectively in a remote, async-first environment
Genuine curiosity about AI, SaaS, and the future of work

Nice to have

Experience with email platforms (Mailchimp, Loops, Brevo)
Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research
Portfolio of written work, campaigns, or social content
